Overview

As lead UX designer, I worked on a project to increase our securities sales by building a brand new platform. We partnered with a third party to conduct user interviews across the country.

We found that our current tool was:

  • Overwhelming for new representatives.

  • Very long and required more than an hour to complete.

We focused on simplifying the application process by:

  • Integrating with current databases to import personal information.

  • Focusing on high selling account types.

  • Building a flexible form to fit in any sales process while maintaining a clean and error-free application.

  • Automate identifying best investment funds for clients' needs.

Within three months, we achieved over $1 million in initial investments and a 32% increase in adoption.
